Description: This is a polygon layer. The geographic location of city buildings are depicted in this layer, based on either the NHC footprint or aerial photography.Buildings attributed with source date before 2010 were compiled photogrammetrically, with size of building being the determining factor for collection. Buildings attributed with source date of 2010 were screen digitized using the NHC footprint. Only livable human space was digitized for these buildings, house, attached garages, enclosed porches, utility, solariums, etc were digitized. Concrete slabs, open porches, out buildings, non-attached garages (unless upstairs living space was stated in footprint) were not collected.
