Feature class StormwaterPipeIO stores geometry and attributes of constructed pipe end features within the City of Wilmington; the dataset provides information about location and type of inlet/outlet structures associated with closed system stormwater conveyance features. Only those features within the public right-of-way are included within this data set. Data set does not provide a complete hydrological or infrastructural portrait of the city; only those examined features with significance within the City’s stormwater infrastructure are included. Furthermore, the layer is composed of data collected by multiple different entities working under different or unknown procedural frameworks across an extended temporal scale, resulting in data quality discrepancies across the dataset.
