This web layer contains 2 layers: "Zoning Cases" and "Zoning (dissolved)" designed to be used together. At large scales (zoomed in), Zoning Cases displays boundaries and labels details for every zoning case currently in effect. At small scales (zoomed out), Zoning (dissolved) is a simplification of Zoning Cases, where adjacent cases of the same zone type (e.g., CB, Community Business) are shown as a single zone and case details are not labeled. Conditional Districts are not dissolved at any scale, even if adjacent to other zones of the same type.
