Service Description: The Transit that Works map is designed to prioritize specific corridors for transportation system upgrades, including, but not limited to: faster travel times, comfortable riding and waiting conditions, and a strong relationship to high- and moderate-density land uses that allow for walking and bicycling. Transit that Works focuses on convenience and connects Mixed-use Centers, Green Connections & Open Spaces and Areas of Opportunity. The system employs a transit-oriented and transit-ready development framework for urban growth.
